for ads listed on our site.

guarantee the sale of any horse or services of breeding stallions. The
Judge's Choice will not guarantee the services of the owner/seller,
representatives or condition for particular purpose or performance.
The Owner's Responsibility
All advertisement content submitted to
The Judge's Choice by the advertiser and will be
deemed correct by The Judge's Choice.
It will be the sole responsibility of the advertiser to submit the correct
information for their advertisement. The Judge's
Choice will not research the legal correctness of any ad placed on
our site nor be held responsible for any incorrect information placed in any ad.
All advertisers will be completely and totally responsible for proofreading their
ads for accuracy of content and seeing that their photos are displayed
correctly. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to notify
The
Judge's Choice when a horse has been sold, thereby resulting in an early deletion of
their ad from the site's current listings.
The Judge's Choice will have the
authority to make editorial changes to ads and will not be held responsible for
any typographical or accidental errors that may appear on an ad.
The Judge's Choice will not be responsible
for misuse of personal information submitted.
The Judge's Choice will not sell client
information or e-mail addresses to SPAMMERS or JUNK MAILERS.
The Judge's Choice will not be held
responsible for photos lost or damaged in the mail. To have your photos
returned, include a stamped, self-address envelope with your ad order.
Fees are not refundable. Fees per photo and/or text ads include setup,
bandwidth and hosting charges. Photos will be digitized for use on this
site.
The Judge's Choice will not be held
responsible for any violations created by users and customers of the site.
Violations include, and are not limited to, copyright violations, trade names or
patents, trademark violations or any other content which is in violation of any
state, local or federal laws.
By the use of this service, all sellers, buyers and users do hereby agree to
all of the abovementioned terms.
